New powder ski

Hi

I am getting a new powder ski for this season. I have been looking at the Made'n AK and the Seth Pistol.

Have anyone tried these out?

I am looking for a soft ski, that is about 100 mm under the boot.

I ride the PE from last year at the moment, and they are center mounted so the noses seems to sink in when I ride pow. And it is a little stiff.

Thanks

Seths are pretty stiff, maidens very soft. Seths will work better in the park because of a lower swing weight.

They're both pretty soft. The Seths are just fairly soft, and the AK Enemies are ridiculously soft. Get the AK's if you're just using them on powder days, get the Seths if you'll use them on days when there isn't new snow.

take the 4rnt vct´s; I think it is the best powder ski outthere!!! or maybe the mad´n it is also good, but too soft i think!! ( the vct´s are soft, but stiff enough for good control)

Yeah and you can find some sweet deals on these lie on ebay and shit if you look around and be kinda patient...I got a pair for $235 with p12 jibs on it.

I just got a pair for 300 brand new, so basically there are sick deals out there, you just gotta look.

kingswoods of course....haha. both those are skis are fairly soft (i have both). the madens are slow edge to edge, and shitty in moguls. the seths are much better all mtn, but do tend to chatter when your mobbin. sooo, if you want true pow ski, go madens, more all mtn/park, madens
