yeah, the k2 rep actually brought one of the k2 public enemy in to the store i work at. they are frickin rad. tight ass graphics and they are suppose to be good in teh park. also, they are coming out on december 1, the same day as the seth pistols. another good thing is they are goign to be real cheap. probably around $300

 
Yeah... well not quite that cheap, about $400 american is a normal price and prob easy to get them for like $350

I got a pro deal at my shop and got em for $306

I get them in like a couple of weeks

the rep told me they were goign to be going for about the same price as the enemies. we sold those for $270, so i just figured they would be around $300

 
i know its probably on there somewhere but i find most skis have some kinda mark where the center of the bingind goes for drilling but on the skis i didnt see any binding marks. I like the pencled graphics with the random colored in people

307 pro deal.. hahaha thats so much! well not for the ski its self but my pro price is 195 and thats not even a great proform, .......they are in stores for 349.95

Don't worry guys, the mounting marker is there. It is usually an arrow embossed into the sidewall, thus making it the same color as the sidewall and rendering it invisible from a video shot flying over the topsheet.

 
The boot center mark is actually stamped in the sidewall of the ski in white and it has a scale that allows you to mount forward from center. The scale only goes up 3 cm from center but you can figure out how far from there. The Seth Pistol will have the same type of scale.

There will be more information about the ski in about a week, but the rotational view at least will give you a look at the ski for now.

The Public Enemy should be out in early December and look for an ad for them in the next issue of Freeze and Axis.

ya i called about ten shops in the area trying to find out if anyone was carrying them. 9 out of ten were arguing with me about how they only made enemies and no publics even though i explained about it being a midseason release. O well one guy knew exactly what i was talking about and reserved me a pair..so im psyched. he was all pumped about them cuz they had a pair in the shop last week.

well i work at sturtevants ski mart in puyallup, my boss is keith rollins (pro skier for 12 years) charlie is his boss (he ownes the k2 fife outlet , his manager is al martin who ownes a lot of k2 and has been involved for 40 years

 
well let me rephrase, its not a proform price... just yet, i went to the factory with keith and when he got his pair i talked to him and gave him 195 which will be the proform price im feb. when they are mass produced, then on the 25th of november i will get my pair, all im gettin is an early proform price ,

 
You guys should thank Mike Gutt too. As the new team manager, he has really changed the direction and image of K2 back to the forefront where it belongs and pushed for progressive graphics and equipment.

The Canadian distribution is a totally different program from what is done in the states. I have no idea what Canada has ordered. If you are in Vancouver and can't find a pair, it's easy enough to drive across the border to get a pair.

they are going to be a jibbing ski. the rep told me they would be a good all mountain ski too, but i wont believe that till i ride them. he aslo said that they were goign to make 1000 seth pistols and only 500 pub enemies for this year. i would think that would be the other way around, but he said that is how many they made.

There will be a bunch of places in Vancouver that will have them for sure. North Shore Ski & Board on Londsdale in N.Van will have em' for sure.

 
The innitial production run is for 500 pairs of Public Enemies and 1000 pairs of Seth Pistols, just to make sure the skis will be delivered before the end of this year. The production will not stop there, but that is all that were produced in this first run.

 
I just prordered my pair of 169's. Hopefully have em by Dec.1 $349.00 full price.
