New part-Owner of Cannonsburg?

I heard that 50% of Cannonsburg was sold to a businessman/ski patrol named Don smith. Being an avid skier at Cannonsburg i was wondering if anyone knows more about the situation and what it will mean about the future of Cannonsburg.
 
Don owns all of the stores and restaurant in Cannonsburg's town (Grist Mill, Honey Creek Inn, The Bottle Shop). From what I know, there was a deal written up but it had never gone through. There is a possibility of him investing some money into the hill, but not buying half of it; especially based on what the business is worth. Our annual revenue is in the $20-$50 million dollar range.
