New park rat haven?

NS should buy it, rename it Mt. Harvey, and fill it with all things NS. Life size fully functional Chad's gap replica, rename the bar "the solid 7". Name all the lifts after notable members IE: Technopotamus express, AR6 pack, etc.

Thats why we newschoolers split the cash. Right now there are 125 members online, if we were to all split the money, it would only cost $1,200 each. Still a fair amount of money but I'm sure everyone could find a way too cough it up. Also take into consideration the amount of NSers that aren't online right now. If we were all to chip in we could really turn this place into something special.

A real freakier run business huh. I would be so down especially if we expanded the resort onto those other peaks. Then we are looking at a legit business and probable profit

An entire ski resort for 149k is a crazy deal, really wishing I wasn't a broke college student and could take a loan out to buy this, and just have it be my career for rest of my life. That'd be goals.
 
I hope you al realize how much of an opportunity this is, not for a cash investment exactly but damn it would be dope to have a Mount NS.

so if a non prof cant make the 146 grand a year to upkeep the place i would say that is not a good deal, actually near awful deal. nice shiny price tag but the upkeep that you would have to put in each year to not get it taken away especially being that close to sun valley which has an amazing park.

im not saying it does not have a dope history behind that at all but just not worth the money.

Yeah but a park made by nsers could blow any park in existance away. We could make Sun Valley's park look like shit in comparison. Not to mention we could just put features on every run so every lap could be a park lap.
 
This is like the fifth time I've seen this pop up this week around the Internet. Maybe someone should read the details first. Or just read more then the title...
