new pair of 2004 line 1260's for $300 good or bad?

im guessing this is an ebay deal...it's not bad, but not the best ive seen.

1260's are probably better for park and groomed, but mavericks are better all mtn

I assume these are the 03/04's not the 04/05's, if they are the 03/04's I don't think it's that good a deal and if it's off ebay you have to pay shipping so now it's like 320-350 I wouldn't get them
