So we were going for a really raw feel for this and we wanted to record it with the city in the background with natural background audio. hope you all like it. Writen/performed by Andrew Harback. filmed and edited by Brent Callow

I really liked it.

I would say:

Desaturate/mute the colors of the film burn, it was a little too vivid.

Color correct some of the intro shots, and the reflection shot. Those were both really well done, It just seems like there is a little more potential with these.

This would be tough to do in post, but it really bugged me that when he was climbing the stairs through the little hoop thing then you cut to him at the top, there was wind in the at first, and it was cut out when you cut the shot to him at the top of the stairs.

Great job though!

i would enjoy this a lot more i there wasn't 14th making so much noise, verty good job, and it it actaully that easy to get on top of Mount royal?

Cool video, nice color, and also you had some really creative shots, witch i really liked! But i wasn't a huge fan of coming back and sitting on that front shot, i feel like it was over used. I would probably say get alot more of far off shots to replace with that one frontal shot. And as far as the audio i think the guitar sounded fine under just the recorded audio. But i feel like the voice should have been recorded normal, cause you can still get the raw feel and have it sound proffesional cause after all you want people to hear the music, and if its hard to hear or interrupted by wind it takes away from the point. But if you really wanted the wind and city sound i would say record it and add it on top so you can adjust it and balance it to you're likng. In the end though the video looked very proffesional and alot better than most of the stuff you find on here.

thanks for the feedback everybody. it was our first go at this so we just wanted to see what we could do with an hour of time. We plan on recording the audio in a studio and using that in the future and getting more angles for the video portion and working on more of the color correction bit in post.

It was really hard to get up on that school. took us a while to figure out a good way to get up and get all our gear up cuz there is fence everywhere that you cant climb up. Now we can get up easily with our system though.

once again thanks you guys.

sick, oh another easy school to get on to is Ear Grey on 8th st, it has a dope view and a awesome sunset!

if thats the case... Dope beginnings. I think if you added the same view but in a night setting with all the town lit up it might give the video/song extra feeling.

very nice job, especially for no studio sound...
