New msn not working please help me

i am trying to download the new beta msn but it keeps saying 'error 1603' when its just about to finish installing all of the components, i thought that maybe if i uninstalled msn 6.2 it would work but nope same error message, so then i though maybe i will wait till its completly bug free and just download 6,2 and now it keeps telling me that i have 'error 1603' so i have to use the shitty msn that came with with windows xp, could someone please help me out?

what do you mean? i downloaded it off the site and then installed it out of the setup file
