New Line Skis

I havnt riden them but theyre pretty light, not that than matter to much. but someone answer me this, y r the topsheets textured or whatever u wanna call it the way they are?

 
very soft, delam easy, crappy core, inserts in them that only their binding works in, bizzare graphics that i personally think are gay.

I thought the skis made you good. I got the skis and it turned out I was wrong. It must be the clothes.

it would look to me like the motherships are the sweetest thing since... whenever... they flexed way less than pocket rockets in the shop, i know thats not saying alot cause the rockets are soft... but i would pick up a pair of motherships for sure... im not sold on the binding yet... it reminds me of when burton snowboards released the concept, that could only use concept bindings.. i dont like the idea of not having a choice in bindings. until all skis are pre drilled, im skeptical.

 
they are prolly the coolest parks skis i skied with..

but i dont know about how long they will last..

i am skeptical until i see the binding and get to ride it.

i have rode the skogens with a look binding and they are really good park skis.

 
I think the motherships are sick! I've been riding original skogens for 2 years now but I think those motherships would be so sick for backcountry hits and pow days!

 
well even if i wasnt riding for em i would tell you the same thing, i wouldnt be riding for line if i didnt like there skies

The tops are textured with a plastic-rubbery feeling coat that isn't glossy and looks like it won't scratch as easily. You all do know that you can mount any binding you want on them despite the fact they have predrilled holes. Next year the binding will be able to mount on any ski, not just lines unlike the burton concept thing only going on burtons. They've done so much for the sport, so why rip on line? They're a good core company with a kickass warranty, so they don't deserve all this ripping

I think Line is a great company. Back in the day when newschooling was just starting out, I wanted a pair of lines b/c i tried my friends at one time and they where the coolest things ever. So now i only ski on lines they rule, and i will be getting the new binding b/c i think that this binding will be damn good, and won't break as much as my looks.

you can still get them mounted with other bindings...the pre drilled holes have nothing to do with that... the just mount over the holes.

 
I've heard the line skis were totally sweet this year. When they first started talking about the binding they said it was gonna be affordable. I can't afford 250 bucks after buying 350 dollar skis. They look sweet though.

There is nothing motherly about mother nature. Except for her big mountainous breasts.
 
i got my new 12's, and the topsheet is like alomst rubbery. its like soft and not shiny. very odd. maybe it wont delam?
