wow that looks like it fucking sucks for the amount of time it's taking... not much of a step up from Jibbin it looks like.

Wow, someone needs to learn how to use the exposure on the camera. That edit was hard to watch. and the Vignette.. don't even get me started...

But on a serious note no, you are the one who dropped the ball. that was released 3 days ago.
 
Not too impressive imo. Until a major game design/production company steps in to make a decent skiing game this is about the best its gonna get.
 
You guys are very negative. Alot of time has been put into the game. This is only one map, others may be better. This is a substantial difference from jibbin, where the ground is polygonial.

I love this game. Had it for a couple years and I play before every season a bunch. Well worth a download.
 
Still the only game I know with good three axes and the only game where you can do a pretty authentic Pep Roll.

i was playing the mytp skiing on the iphone until i saw someone on NS post about freakout! wayyyyy better then aything else out there and its actually pretty good.

but no where near what a real skiing game should be like. im not a fan of the heavy arcade vibe.

but freakout on my pc with my ps2 controller works good for me until somethin better comes out.

i was a little disappointed with this video when i saw it a week or so ago
 
Everyone is being silly.

This demo shows the physics engine working with the skier, that is impressive. The trees and graphics are not really an issue. They were just making a demo of what they have created, so it would seem that they did not waste time working on tree models in the demo level.

The way the skier popped of features and handled rails was 100% different then jibbin. This game is going to be a big upgrade.
 
If you think it sucks so bad dont get it when it come out.

I think it is fine. Its not going to live up to the hype, but it looks much better than jibbing. As long as it is fun to play I could care less about graphics.
