dude, thats not really new jersey, thats just southern new york that we gave to you so you could have something ACTUALLY nice.
 
yea all wrong man. the Guidos really go to Seaide. not going to lie, seadie is scummy and i personally hate it there. But i have a houe in LBI and its great..everyones nice and there are really no guidos. You probably stayed in beach haven where all the tourists go and the guidos flock to.
 
thats funny because the whole time i was reading this i was planning to say that all of your are complaining but thats because you've never spent a month in fucking bumfuck mississppi. granted i used to hate on new jersey a lot being from ny and skiing at creek but i'll take nj over mississippi any day. i should be leaving soon and hopefully i don't get stationed here. i may go awol haha.

i'm not a huge fan of the suburbs of north jersey. just mostly drugs and sluts. that might of only been fair lawn but i've chilled in paramus and shit too. even though there is nothing wrong with drugs and sluts, just would never want to raise my kids there.

i would take long island or the catskills over nj or anywhere on the west coast. i hope i get stationed in the east.

to add to that, upstate in new york in roscoe is trout town USA and some of the best smallmouth bass fishing in the world. i can careless about people stereotyping ny on nyc because thats thier own ignorance. the catskills and ny as a whole is beautiful.
 
thats not all of LBI, thats probably like beach haven where all the tourists go. spring lake is boring as hell btw. thers nothing there.
 
ya... i live in jersey and every morning thers always some idiot doing 20mph in a 45mph zone or something stupid like not using their blinker
 
I hate Jersey for one reason. The Wildwood Police department and Nova Hotel will not stop calling me and trying to have me arrested. Fuck that.
 
There is more to this state than

just the Turnpike and the areas you see on the Sopranos. Check all of

the touristy beaches in South Jersey (Ocean City, AC, Wildwood, etc),

they are all filled with PA and NY people. All of the guidos from

Staten Island and Long Island go to Belmar and Seaside, they infest those towns. Those are all the places that people love to hate about NJ and they are usually completely dominated by out of staters. They all love

to come to NJ but then the same people love to bash it. Pot meet kettle.

If it's such a horrible place, stay

out. We don't want you here anyway.

Probably because those places don't get the terrible reputation NJ has for horribly exaggerated stereotypes. We have a ton of pride in our state and we get the most crap from people in NY and PA. Yet, those are the same people who use our beaches, mountains, malls, sport venues, casinos, etc.

Gee, I wonder why NJ is always one of the top 2 richest states in country. Or I wonder why NJ has more millionaires than any other state. It is probably because it smells like trash, is the armpit of the country, and has tons of guidos. You guys are spot on with your stereotypes.

 
because theyre so close to NYC and southern NY doesnt want to risk losing all their beauty and nature to greedy rich people so they're stuck in NJ and pretend they like it and that they live in the best state of the country but when it really isn't at all.

And we have casinos in Monticello, NY and guess what, the area is still super clean and beautiful. You could learn a thing or 2 from NYS.

Are you really comparing Monticello, NY and Atlantic City? Monticello is a slot parlor and has 6,512 people. Atlantic City 11 full casinos (with 4 more on the way) and has like 271,015 people on the island. Not to mention all of the tourists each year which is millions more than Monticello.

People with tons of money chose where they want to live, they aren't stuck anywhere. You will learn that quickly. If they want to live in NYS, they would. If they want to live in PA, they could. But the reality is they don't, and they never will.

NYS is in the Rust Belt, which is know for high unemployment, poor education levels, and low income, but we could learn a thing or two? You might want to check the facts before you make asinine statements.
 
haha. low income? every state in this country has areas of poverty and low income.

and we get a lot of tourist in the monticello area to the casino's and surrounding lakes (hooyah yankee lake) and you don't see me complaining. it is what you make of it. the only city folk i cant stand are hisidic jews
 
if youre going to dismiss an entire state on one town during tourist season, youre an idiot. I don't judge the entire state of vermont when I'm standing on the liftline at stratton haha. I spent my entire life in NJ, I'm 21 years old and I still appreciate it. Some parts no, some parts are awesome. I grew up in bergen county (upper saddle river), went to northern highlands, and now i go to college in new hampshire but i still have respect for NJ. Here are a couple of pics, both in NJ, as far as the eye can see

Moral of the story:

Jersey sucks besides some select places in Bergen county... clinton road is pretty cool too AHHHHHHH watch out for the warewolf.

New York is fucking great... you got the city, the mountains, crystal clear lakes, not so crystally clear lakes, rivers, snow, no snow, hot, cold... we got it all. Monticello's got some negros, a lot of jews in the summertime, and a casino. I would rather go to the casino in monticello and go swimming in the bashakill (the areas biggest swamp) then go to a casino in atlantic city and walk on their filthy, disgusting, scumbag infested beaches. The only thing that sucks more then the state of jersey is the dousch bags that call themselves residents
 
upper saddle river is a reallly nice town, i live in wayne which is probs like 20min away, we always played NH in sports.
 
sad thing about jersey is that you can see the highest point in the state from Mountain Creek and you look at the 'highest point' and laugh because it's just a hilly terrain that's extremely weak. Then you look to the right and you can see the catskill mountain range from a hundred miles away and it's still taller than jersey's highest point.
 
haha yeah high point is a joke. you can see it from my hometown on top of a mtn. and thats only about 1400-1600 ft high. gateway to the catskills

i've lived pretty damn close to jersey and ive been all over jersey a bunch of times and it still sucks.

You dont have to live there to see why it sucks.

na i said i live in the gateway to the catskills in sullivan county. a little town called wurtsboro on a beautiful lake named yankee lake. but i'm currently in mississippi doing navy training. i go on leave soon cant fucking wait to be home for 2 weeks
 
i thiink what meant when I typed up the thread was that i mostly just hate guidos...where ever they are...they just happened to be in new jersey at the time...but when I was at LBI, it was sick during the day, we longboarded everywhere but at night when we would go walk around, there were so many dickheads and bitches...and that pissed me off cause i hate them
