I work for the mountain during the winter. This year I want somthing that isn't straight up tight black, but because I work for the mountain I need either black or grey (darkish perferably). I was looking through the buyers guide and didn't see much, and I'm not sure where to start. If anyone could suggest a company that has good black/greys itd be appreciated.

For a jacket I was thing either an oakley Battalon or Sessions flicker stripe. Trying to keep the prices down.

 
The TNF Stone Pants that Blake Nyman had on in the Buyers' guide were pretty nice grey pants. The Orage Club Pants from last year also are really nice.
 
pretty much every company makes black pants. check out special blend, or maybe try sessions. i work at a ski hill too, and every year i go to my local shop and find any pair of black pants that fit.
