New Headphones

Ok so I'm in the works for some new headphones. Also this has nothing to do with skiing just to clarify. I was in Best Buy earlier and I had the Bose Quiet Comfort 15 on. They cancel out everything. It's ridiculous. I've also hear that Sennheiser has some good stuff too. Suggestions?

Also forgot to mention that money is not an issue and I am going to California spring break so I'd like them to stay comfortable for a loooonnnngggg time.

I have a pair of bose qc 3 and beats solo. I like the bose way more other than 2 annoying things. 1. the bose are pretty big and take up more space than i want to devote to headphones generally and 2. they go through a lot of batteries and wont work without batteries which sucks

Thank you Sam! And yeah I was reading reviews on amazon and apparently other people agree with you. I might have to go with the sennheiser pxc 450 because I heard they had incredible sound quality.

Audio Technica ATH M50 is what i use an i love em. Best for under $200. Get an amp like the fio ones if your going to use it for an ipod or something

I have been using the AIAIAI TMA- 1 Studio for the past year and they are probably the most durable, and comfortable headphones I have ever used. The sound on them is pretty good too but it doesn't have as deep of a bass as what I would like, but other than that they are living up to all the hype they receive.

Really? I searched and didn't see anything. It's all about skiing headphones. I am looking for sound quality.

Also I'd love them to be noise canceling as well. I looked at the Audio Technica ATH - M50's and they don't seem to have the noise canceling feature but if the sound is good and they are comfortable then maybe I'll get them.

Sol make some great headphones. Beats are very bass overpowering. If you want that beats are nice. Not being sarcastic. Sol's are little less on the bass and all together I think a better sound. Personal opinion.

I heard skullcandy is really good.

but seriously klipsch and sennheisser are pretty good. sorry for spelling.

I have a pair of AKG headphones and have been really happy with them. They are the cheaper £80 ones but they have some higher range ones that have received great reviews. It'd definitely be worth a look around the web for some reviews as they are a great company, perhaps have a look at the Q 701 headphones.

This post just made my day that little bit better.

OP:

If the Klipsch Image ONE isnt on your list of choices you are doing something terribly wrong. Greatest headphones I have owned and I have owned a bunch of great and expensive headphones.

Also available with bluetooth so forget about cables if thats how you roll

Skullcandy icon 3's. yes i know theyre no beats by dre but for the price the sound is ridiculous id say they are close to beats in terms of sound quality

do not get bose or beats. ath-m50s are really good, as are the nice shure ones. i'm not a huge fan of sennheisers but they can be nice too

I got some Sennheiser HD203s, payed 30$, couldnt be happier. If you can get Bose do it though, my friend has some Quietcomforts and they are the shit

Seinheiser HD280 pros652689.jpeg

Theyre pro DJ headphones that most studios use. $100 and I couldn't ask for any better
