New Glidecam

Impressive.

Just a couple minor things that came to mind:

- White balance was a bit off. I know all too well what it's like to ski parks which are poorly lit, but you should be able to touch that up a bit.

- The majority of the video had shots from above or above and to the side of the skiers. Try to mix it up a little, or at least not show more than 3 shots from the same angle in a row?

Really impressive edit though, it had a good flow.

yeah its called make multiple accounts and boost your karma.some people are stupid like that, which is why karma doesnt mean jack.
but the on topic, the edit was sweet, just the few things already mentioned above.

Hey man,i though that was good, so really sick shots in there especially were you were on the landing of the jump looking down on the rail

Speaking of new glidecams. I got mine to what I though was balanced, and for some follow cams on rails on flat ground the shots cam out relatively smooth. Then when I tried jump follow cams where I rode to the side of the jump and over the knuckle the camera kept rocking from front to back a ton and I kept having to stop it with my hand and it would do it again. It also tends to start spinning around without me pushing it. I balanced it very well too, I could run around my house and up and down the stairs without movement but on the jumps it just didn't stay still.

I don't have one because I bought it used so I've been doing everything on my own, I did wonder about that though. It seems shakier though like it almost doesn't do that much when I try that though.

Hahaha oh my god I feel like and idiot now but that solves everything, it just keep spinning and rocking back and forth and I couldn't understand why.

Basically you wanna one hand holding the handle and the other " guiding" by placing you hand, using just two fingers and your thum,on the post a few inches below the gimbal. Just look up some glide cam tutorials, there are a ton out there

Yeah that's it! you have to use two hands!
but at high speed, I find it's harder to manipulate, if anyone have some tips? I find it hard to; watch the rider/check where you go/ be fluid/ spot the landing/ predict the movement of the rider...
if anyone... please share!
