New girl needs advice

Hey NS... tried posting this in lady gabber but got no replies - so I'm coming from racing and looking to get into some park/big mountain stuff and I need skis but literally have no idea what to look for. I'm 5'2'' and about 130 pounds, looking for something I can take in the park and elsewhere on the hill. I'm a total noob so anything helps :)

I'm living in Park City so if anyone in UT has skis to sell me that would be prime...

also any other general advice for a shredder girl would be appreciated

My sister is just a little bit taller (5'5") than you and she has liberty jinx 159 cm and loves them. I have also heard that the K2 Missdemeanor/MissBehaved/MissConduct skis are some of the best women's park/all-terrain skis out there. but thats about the extent of my knowledge on women's skis...

I know being steezy is about 50% of park skiing tho so just get some tall-t's and you'll be good. Have fun learning new things on skis!!

When you pick out skis, put more emphasis on big mountain performance than park performance. They'll still do fine in park. If you get park skis they won't give you the float you want in pow or the stability you want for landing cliffs. I would consider these skis:

92 if you want a ski with more focus on park and piste while still being capable off-piste. 102 if you want a good balance between park and off-piste. 112 if you want to focus mostly on big mountain.

I would definitely go with the 112s, but that's because I prefer big mountain over everything else.

I am not familiar with women-specific skis so I can't comment on whether or not there are any women-specific skis that would be better for you than the Shreditors.

I ski a lot of off-piste (cliffs and chutes and the like) but no park so my opinion is likely biased in that direction, but I still stand by my suggestions.
