They are going to be a little stiffer, a little wider and probaly have a little more pop than the 1260's. Definately a better all around ski than the 1260's in my opinion.

 
yeah, that's what ive heard. i'm switching from the blue 1260's and those things are like wet noodles. they're incredibly soft, but i like them though. the fugitives will takes a little getting used to, but i think i'm gonna like the switch.

my brother rides the 03-04 1260's (orange and grey/black with carbon ollie) and they are actually fairly stiff compared to mine because of (i'm guessing) the carbon ollie band. i wonder how they compare to the fugitives.
