New fd wear edit

Um, not really sure what reckless driving and shooting guns from a moving vehicle has to do with skiing. Bits with skiing in were enjoyable though!

this and the gillahouse edit is why i bought first drop and ninthwards and subaru. they are all the best ima just let the haters hate

I'm all for a company not taking themselves to seriously but this was just bad form. Why even associate your brand with this type of image, I highly doubt it's good advertising. Why not just make an edit and leave FD out of it? Sure you might gain some interest of a few people but you're probably going to turn off more with your carelessness and recklessness (not the good/fun kind either). Can't help but think if FD Wear had put their money to better uses such as building a quality product, they'd be much more successful. Either way I'm sure this video will bring the brand attention, let's just hope it's from potential customers and not law enforcement.

This is why i hate skiing...Bmx/skating edits are so much more entertaining. Skiing needs more brands that represent fun and not caring about a clean cut image. The guns were overkill but whatever. Skiing was 10x more badass a decade ago. Why so cereal?

agreed about the jacket's, my fd sweatshirts in 15 degree and up weather their warm and durable.

that edit made me lol, that was friggin awesome, even though it was kind of over the top.

would have been sick if they didnt have the grillz and the gunz and the hoez. still sick just had some things worthy of getting them nominated

Fly back from a day on the mountain DUBSTEP CONCERT LLAWLS.

I mean the edit itself was pretty tight, the skiing was ok. The fact is that they are still First Drop, yeah maybe the logo doesn't look like a penis anymore but the product is still shitty they need to stop. More edits like this should come out like this that are just having fun and all but with more skiing in them. I feel like instead of a skiing edit this was more of a "check out how fucking cool I am with all my cars, airplanes and sleds" edit. I don't like First Drop and I highly highly highly doubt that I ever will

when did the content of the that video become "light-hearted" and "not taking yourself too seriously?" Weird. I didn't have a problem with FD aside from their actual product until their thread calling out some poor kid and trying to embarrass him on NS. That was just tasteless. Call me too serious, but when adults act like insecure 13 year olds, it seems pathetic.

Personally I like edits that have a good amount of lifestyle shots instead of ALL skiing. Sure the guns may have been a bit overkill but they were just having fun, something that edits need to incorporate more these days.

If you're trying to be black, DON'T THROW THAT BOTTLE ON THE GROUND. It's 5 cents gone down the toilet if you do that shit....get learned.

you would think with as much money as they dropped to make this edit, they could at least get some legit ski footage..

i dont care how over the top it was, but the ski footage sucked in my opinion. nothing cool, nothing original, nothing creative. just mediocre follow cam and shots on sticks. disappointed.

year after year every company progresseseven the ones we thought couldn't get any better

FD wear is growing....but to show your company is such a fashion is a horrible way to gain respect

especially since the owner and founder was in the video

Exactly how I feel. The fact that they know people are hating on them for it, and they keep doing it is awesome. Keep it up guys!

Fun fucking edit! Not just for the gangster style but having fun with skiing which it is all about. If you don't like their quality send an email help them out. Don't bitch on an internet site that is going to make no effect on them at all. Honestly we need more fun vibe style edits like this (doesn't have to be them acting G)

going skiing, better pack my gat!

But seriously although it was overdone, it was pretty badass to see a company not care about their image and just fuck around like that.

Couldn't agree more, that was just sad to watch and after watching that I now know that I will never buy First Drop.

eh, debated on quoting this but i decided fuck it, its the internet. every single ski based clothing brand is the same. saga, FD, orage, jiberish, etc. nothing is new in skiing, everything is 9xl this, gucci that, dubstep and thug life man. FD is only furthering the monotonous image and skittles thug trend of skiing. tall tee's and suburbia

Edit was hilarious cause it was so over the top, good to see people can still joke about their skiing. However, I still find first drop to be hella ugly and teeeeeeerrible quality

come on man, put your being friends with the owner to the side for a second and look at this objectively. there's nothing original about white middle class skiers from boulder trying to act hood, whether joking or not.

What fucking world do these clowns live in? Not to be taken seriously? please, who could take that seriously. That edit was tailor-made to start a shit storm in these forums. I think what is most sad about the state of things in this segment of park skiing is that what started out as a joke has become somewhat of a lifestyle for these idiots. Many a truth has been said in jest, and I think this shows precisely the true colors of this brand and the people who started it. Grow the fuck up.

And for Bishop and NS as a brand to endorse this bullshit is disappointing to say the least. I'm all for fucking around but these guys obviously take themselves more seriously than they'd lead you to believe. This just puts a stain on our community and those within it who work their asses off to put out something original, tasteful, and progressive.

Seriously FD, get the fuck out of the gene pool and good luck resolving your identity crisis.

"That edit was tailor-made to start a shit storm in these forums"

you realized the goal and still got angry? you dumb boy

That literally made me want to quit skiing just so I dont risk being associated with people that moronic.

Yes! IMO its time for a new norm in trends in park skiing. The whole "thug trend" is just a little too rediculous when you take a step back
