It seems to me that almost each ski, no matter what its type, has a bit of twin these days. In the line for the lift, I notice that there are very very few just flat skis. Also, skis are shorter. A lot of people I know are having trouble finding the sizes that they used to have. Well anyway, if anyone would share their thoughts on this, please do. I'm very curious.

a turned up tail on a pair of skis makes it easier to ski. It help beginners complete turns better, and better skiiers get more pop in pow, bumps, trees ect. Also a 'semi-twin' tail give a margin of error for skiing, and allows skiing backwards. It is also helps sell any ski to dumb kids who want twins, but dont have the bling!
