New camera

alright you have to set the price range. Anyone on here can recommend a camera. It just depends on the price range. I can say get a DVX100 or a HPX170 or a Panasonic Gs-320...Each in different price ranges. We need you to set one before we can advise you

under $1000 HV30

between $1500-$3,000 Used Fx1, DVX100, VX200, XHA1

over $4,000 you shouldn't have to ask if you're spending that much.
 
Canon Hv30 - former camcorder of the year and simple to use and get quality shots with. No doubt your best bet. should be around 800$ or less.
