New boots?

I need new boots so what should I get? I'm 6'2" and 140lbs(ya im thin) but have been racing for 8 years so im used to stiff boots. I've been looking at SPKs and the new atomic boots coming out next year. I ski alot of park but also do alot of high speed runs and back country.
 
I highly reccommend SPKs. and solly is coming out with even more SPK models for next year so your bound to find one that fits you
 
id reccomend spks. i love mine. and if you want stiffer they are actually coming out with an spk net year that is made for the backcountry if that helps you at all.
 
SPK's and Rampages are completely different boot, SPK being wide and Rampage narrow

i have a narrow foot and love my il moro's

if i were you i would go get fitted and see what feels best and get that
 
i have a wide foot. I have a pair of salomon x-wave 8 but don't use them because I still race so I use my tecnicha race pros. the only boots that realy feel good that i've tryed are salomons.
 
ya i'm gonna see if i can go to my shop tomorrow. and get fitted. it also helps with price that the owner of the shop gives me like 50% off everything i buy there
 
umm im not really sure... id say either the kaos or the pros (basically the same boot kaos doesnt have the dope leather and the pros have a few other features (alittle extra padding in the heel maybe im not sure though look it up)) it looks like they use the same shell too just the pros have the leather on them.
 
I don't think the SPK is for you if you like stiff race boots, maybe the ghost that comes out next year...a little stiffer but two buckle disign.
 
ya and the pros are like 300 more lol but i love the leather and they wool look so ill with my pants

dude i know that but i like to have an idea of what i want and like to know how they perform befor i get to that stage
 
Well as a racer you should know how your foot is. The SPK is a SUPER wide boot and it will be hell for you if it doesn't fit your foot right. In all seriousness, try something on before you make a decision
