New BMTH... Thoughts?

I'd say count your blessings > this new album > suicide season (based on these 2 tracks, I havent heard the whole thing)

I was hoping they'd go back to being heavier and I am a bit disappointed, but not really surprised.

And if you say go to M&A go fuck yourself.... NSG gets more traffic so it belongs here.
 
sucks. I don't know how someone can change their vocals so drastically in the span of 1 or 2(?) albums. This is still their best song.

 
Dude. BTBAM is so talented it is ridiculous. Dusty and Paul are incredible songwriters/guitarists.

Just wondering what heppened to BMTH? Did they just want to change their own sound, or did their record label want them to?
 
They're ok, I'm more into heavier, more technical shit like BTBAM, Carnifex, Chelsea Grin. Bury your dead is a little chug chug for my liking, but they are ok.
 
I think the money coming in made them not care anymore. I dont blame them one bit really, if they kept the sound they had on "this is what the edge of your seat was made for" and "count your blessings" they would NOT have the popularity that they do now, especially with 15 year old girls.
 
Chelsea Grin? As in Lifeless, and Cheynestokes?
When they put out their first EP I fell in love. Shit's so heavy. I know I'll get shit for this, but I love Trivium.
 
BURY YOUR DEAD SUCKS. also, I'll probably never listen to BMTH's new album, seeing as I already get count your blessings and suicide whatever stuck in my head WAY too often. BMTH is sold out and generic, in my opinion anyways. I was a fan of them like four years ago but now I listen to better shit, like btbam. (+k to the kid that posted them)
 
next time I'm craving for some balls in my mouth, I'll call you. I probably should have phrased that a little more nicely but I'm just really not into Bury Your Dead. never have been either.
 
I can deal with that. I just get bothered when people are like "OMG, TEHY SUCK SOO MUHCCCCCHHHCHCHCH" and then listen to Escape The Fate.
I sorry, but I thought you was one of dose.
 
nah I think I have a pretty good head on my shoulders when it comes to music. I dont listen to escape the fate... I swear.
