New bindings and skis

Can anyone tell me how to tell where these bindings are mounted and if they are adjustable because I dont really know much about them

Find the centre of the ski measuring from tip to tail and tail to tip. Click boot in, and measure from centre to midsole

They're like 3 inches off center, how will that affect park skiing
