i want a new bike. right now i have a giant warp ds 1 its more of a mix between freeride and xc. But now i want a more freeride/dirt jump/skate park bike because that is what is around me. i am looking in to the speclized p.2 (its one that i can aford) is it a good bike for me or should i get a diffrent bike my bike shop sells giant, speclized, rocky mountian, and trek i think the best is the p.2 but i have never ridden dirt jump freeride hard tails is should be around 1000 dollers

thats too expensive for a bike,they all have wheels and you use your legs to move,and you get from point a to point b,but thats just me

I'd recommend a Norco 'freeride' hardtail, or maybe one of the bikes in their supercross series. Norco makes a nice freeride bike.

the p.2 is a nice bike.

Norco makes some very nice hardtails. The 125ccc and the 25cc are both very tough bikes...they can take pretty much anything you'll be able to throw at them.

norco 125..i think its in your price range.

the best frame ever is the le toy III by Twenty Four bicycles. its so sick but the frame alone is like $1000

a friend wants to sell me a marzochi Z1 for 120 dollars(american). It would be great for freeriding but i also do some cross country riding and can't dedcide if i should go for it. What do you guys think? is it very climbable?

get the p.2 its a sick bike, im the process of building a norco 250 right now and ive gota a kona scrap (same as the chute) the kona is sweet for freeridin, but i like the norco more for other stuff, if you have the time and energy get a frame and build it up, otherwise go for the p2 and later upgrade the fork
