cliff drop? wtf?

Cliff drop..... I guess its a cool idea. Just setup an up rail off the thing and make a big mound for a nice steep landing. Come crankin into the thing. Gap or die...

you have to remember the cliff drop is going to be build up with snow on top, and hopefully a tranny once we get more snow, kinda like that whole block thing in WAR and Shanghai Six.

i only went to bear creek once lastyear and it was the end of the season, but i was pretty impressed of what they had

not sure if anyone else has thought of this, but... the staircase handrails start pretty low to the ground. after snow is blown around the thing, the rails are going to be pretty ride on, which would almost eliminate any possibility of gaps/transfers over the top of the thing. is the dirt going to be dug away from the front so you can get a better transition for a lip up onto the thing? andy?

Ya. I thought of it when I asked you that exact question at like 8pm. You stole my question. You question stealer...

Yea, the dirt is moved for the most part already, theres been alot of regrading done, but form what it looks like in person were on so dont worry bout that, its all good

dude, its straight out of the dc mountain lab park. its not like bear creek dreamed this up. and its going to be sick as hell regardless

i will agree, like it will be fun reguardless, but smaller things with kinks tend to be more difficult and easy to get worked on

i saw that its opening on the 14th. Are they going to have alot of the park fetures in then? Also are they going to have night skiing on thursday, if so what time is it open till?

all I know is that it's been warm as shit so even though they wanted the park to be good in the beginning of the season I dunno that thats gunna happen.

cya tomorrow

i think I might wait till saturday to go because i have a feeling its going to be horible tomarow. Also what do i have to do to get my season pass, we already ordered them online a month ago or so.

on the site it says they are open for the season. Also it has the thing of what is up in the park now. It looked like all small rails but watever its beter then nothing.

Yeah guys we were opened with 13 Features on opening day and we had um all up until today. It was a pretty solid park with some easy and some hard stuff. Everyone seemed to like it alot so that was good. Now we are closing tomorrow. The snow conditions are lacking like basically we have none left. There is more in teh parks than on other trails but still not enought to justify keeping shit open. Now we are on hold until the guns start up again. There are lots of guns in the park now so a few cold nights and we will be in good shape.

I was up there today from like 3 to 8 it wasnt to bad they had the cliff, the tree bonk, a flat rail, c box, hand rail, flat box, picnic table, flat box, shity jump, flat gap down box, hand rail, and flat rail. I was looking at the new staircase and it looks realy crazzy, crazzy enough that i dont think i will be hiting it this year.
