i got a trampoline 2 days ago, and ive been practicing flips for hours at a time over the past few days. ever since the first time i got off the trampoline, ive been really dizzy. i thought i could just sleep it off, but the next morning i was still dizzy. i then went on the trampoline for a few more hours, got off, and got even more dizzy. lastnight i couldnt even walk. i almost fell over everytime i got out of my chair. i realized i couldnt take it any longer and just went to lay down in my bed, where i then threw up 4 fucking times. went to sleep, got up, and im still dizzy.
WHAT THE FUCK. whats wrong with me? is this normal if you arent used to doing flips and spins constantly?

blood sugar too low? You been on the tramp so much you havent eaten right? Go have a big meal with some h20

not all at once. lots of water through out the session. and fruits. little bits and pieces through out

or you could have a serious case of

p.s. i dislike u2, but couldn't resist doing this

ok i just had a banana and some water. i brought an apple and water up to my room too for later. im gonna take a nap and see how i feel afterwards. thanks guys

ok, i assume you practiced backflips all day long. so you have to rewind your head. do the exact same number of frontflips and everything is normal again.

Ahahah ok that might be stupid but my friend and I were thinking about that: if you spin lets say 10 times clockwise u feel dizzy but if you spin 10 timecounter clockwise shortly after you are alright. So the question is: is it because you are spining the other way that it enable the dizzyness or is it just because the time goes by and you feel alright after a certain amount of time!

thanks for that giggle.

op- you probably just wore yourself out some but it could be related to the amount of flips you did. usually once your on solid ground for a while it doesnt really matter how many flips you did, you shouldnt be dizzy. maybe you cracked something in your back and released some weird fluids? if it persists i recommend consulting your physician immediatley.

alright fuck my life. just took a nap. after i woke up i had an apple, drank water and gatorade, then threw up 4 more times. then i had some greek yogurt stuff and more water.

this thing happend to me like a few years ago, but i had a ringing in my ears too, it was there for about 4 days, i never threw up, but just take a rest from the tramp, keep yourself hydrated, and healthy eating, and it should go away in time. i was freaked out too but you should be good

shit i forgot to mention that. my right ear is ringing and i cant hear that well out of it. but its slowly getting better, it was worse 2 nights ago.

Happened to me a couple years ago. I also thought I could sleep it off. I drank a lot of water, and lay down in a dark room for like an hour. Felt a lot better, and just went on.

chances are you did too many rotations one way and need to counter it by rotating the opposite way to untangle your insides. but take a break until you feel that you've recovered enough to get back on the tramp. feel better

Inner ear infection.

GO TO A FUCKING DOCTOR YOU DUMBASS BEFORE YOU DO PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR EAR

this....i have had the same thing its the fluids in your ear that are making you dizzy, this also causes you to fell like complete shit (tired, throwing up,head pains) just go to thefuckin doctor and get on some meds and you will feel better

believe me if you wait it out(like me)you will permanetly lose some hearing it sucks
