has any1 ever heard of these things my mom jsut bought me one i ended up puking everywhere but my nose has never felt better heres a video to clear things up mine ended up coming mostly out my mouth and puking everywhere but if i used it like he did i couldnt imagine how clear his nose must be
 
I am trying to do it. I found a perfect bottle thing that works great. I did about 16 ounces through each nostril with one teaspoon of salt per 16 ounces. It worked good but I made a horrible mistake. The salt I used had rice that my parents put in it in it to prevent caking inside the shaker so i have an unknown amount of rice in my sinus cavity. I am going to use non-riced salt now and see if I can clear out my little problem.
 
my mom got me one too. i didnt puke, but my nose did feel a lot better than it had been. it clears everything out in a couple minutes and youre fine..but you have to make sure that you lean the right way, so before you do it, read the directions carefullly and make sure you know whats supposed to happen
 
u fill the pot and pour it up your nose its quite simple but very chalenging at the same time there is a tutorial on it at this place on saturday i wanna go but it would be wierd its gunna be like a 17 year old boy with a bunch of hippie yoga ladies and mom's i mihgt jsut get really baked and go though
