Neon Clothing - where to buy?

So, i'm not really into all the different american stores yet... My school's prom theme is Neon this year, and i don't have any neon colored stuff. Where do i find that stuff? I'm not able to shop online, unfortunately....

Make a cape of glowsticks. Seriously, just buy the ones with the little hole for the string and hook asslaods of em together

Just rock a normal suit, but break open a fuckton of glowsticks and pour that shit all over yourself

neon prom theme? thats retarted. only a select few show up to prom in neon, and that makes them special and being that select few. having a theme of neon will just make everyone show up in neon. you should do all black. but the glowsticks would be fucking awesome. just attach both the tops and bottoms. no1 should seriously try to rip em off. if you want, just do a white jacket/pants, and the glowsticks underneath, cuz you barely wear the jacket anyway.
