I read on a skateboard filming site that the effect is just done with stock footage that you have to get from somewhere. It would be pretty hard to put it together yourself I think.

do you want a negative or a slide - beacause a slide is a positive. anyways that effect isnt dine with a scan of a negative - you just make your own filmstrip in photoshop and insert the clips in your editing program which i severly doubt that you know how to do
