I need to do a 30 sec video in one of my class.

The subject: A nightclub (the only one with EDM show in town)

We don't want it to be like other bar video (girls dancing, dj, dance, etc)

More like a story in which you can relate to.

We can put a small stock-shot from an EDM show (3 secs max)

Will paypal 5$ to the winner.
 
How about like a realistic nightclub experience for a nerdy white guy. Like getting suckered into buying girls drinks, dancing alone in the corner before getting so hammered on tequila he rules the dance floor and gets kicked out for groping an 18 year old
 
Do a scene where a unsuspecting fellow goes to a cub to have a good night out. Turns out he went to the Blade Fan Club Night at the local club.

Guy walks in, gets a drink, its red. Walks to the dance floor, starts dancing with a random chick. Then 15 seconds in,

but nah really, keep away from the usual clichés, like loads of people smiling and laughing and bottle service and all that shit. do like a superbad type thing with some awkward kids, and like they go to the club and realise it doesn't matter how weird or awkward they are cos its about the music or some shit, i dunno just thinking of something thats different and could be made into something funny or whatever
 
Do it in the point of view of a bouncer. Or a bartender. Show it from someone's POV whos not there for the EDM show but is either working or doesnt wanna be there.
 
Have it start off with three guys outside of the club waiting. Cut to them walking in the bar and ordering a drink. Cut to them turning around and everyone is dancing like zombies with blood around their mouths. Except one of the guys notices one girl who stands out of the crowd wearing a dress and to him has a spotlight over her head almost like an angel. She is just standing there and staring at him slightly moving her hips from side to side in a seducing manner. He starts to walk towards her. He gets about 6 feet away and all the sudden a bunch of tentacles come from between her legs and swallows him whole. Cuts to blood drip a little bit out of her mouth and she just wipes it up with her middle finger and licks it. Ending the scene with a missing person piece of paper that shows the picture of the girl previously mentioned and the if Jenny is found please call 1 866 867 5309.

Use a snoricam and do stuff like that shot in Get Him to the Greek when Jonah gets shot with adrenaline.

I like your idea - but change 18 to 14 and he ends up in prison at the end... And everyone is scissoring to Tiesto.
