Not 100% what Niacin is, but I think it's a supplement.

hmm...Niacin in large amounts (over 500mg) damages your liver. Aspirin also damages your liver. I'm not sure about ibprofen, but from common sense I think you will be okay combining the two. Worst comes to worst you die or something.
