i saw a pair that looked REALLY similar to JL's at marshalls. I was thinking about buying them, but i didn't want to spend $125 on snowpants.
 
Saw a dude up at whistler with just the Matt pants when I went in December. Other than that... good luck dude. You may be able to hunt down a pair of black ones off ebay.
 
jl is almost impossible to find and everyone that has it loves it so ebay is probably your best bet
