Need Some Tricks Explained

Hi, I'm trying to learn whirly bs and people gave me a list of tricks I should learn first to make the whirly bs easier. Can anyone explain how to do these tricks and what they are? +K if you do, I really wanna learn whirly bs.

make sure you tuck hard on your whirly birds and dont do them counter clockwise or you might explode. i would definitly master the strawberry shortcake first, however.
