Hey guys, I need some suggestions/tips:
I spend most of last skiing season getting used to going off of big jumps, but I had one problem: It seemed that I was always off balance. I spending the whole time I was in the air flapping my arms trying to get balanced back over my skies (I was tilting too far back), which is not helpful when I want to try to do a trick. I was leaning as far forward as I could going off the jump, and was still going too far back. Is this normal, or is there something I can do to keep balance?
Also, is there any good way to learn how to do 360s, or is it just trial and error?
Any help would be great.
Thanks!
