k so heres the deal, i work 12 hour shifts and im in steel toe boots all day, i wear big wool socks cause they make the boots more comfortable. today i take my boots and socks off to find some small red dots (about 5 in total) near the base of my toes, whats the deal? they itch and they're lumpy, not just spots... athletes foot?

Warts? I had them and they started out liek that. I dunno. I swear, we need someone from NS fucking goes to medical school on here.

AIDS?

Probably just a fungus or a reaction/rash from the wool or something - try baby power; keeps your feet from sweating as much and try different socks.

jea it could be warts or athletes foot idk though could be a lot of stuff you could have an allergy to something

Dude, your past the point of baby powder. You need some tough actin Tinactin. The spray is nice. Use before and after work.

If that doesn't work you definitely have AIDS.

i would be willing to bet athletes foot. use some of the cream or spray tinactin, lamisil, or one of many other brands. also you will want to use the powder stuff in your shoes and socks. i would be using the powder everyday regardless of rashes or not, that way you wont get rashes, the athletes foot is likely to get a little worse before it starts to get better

some guy at i worked with said that when he was in the (canadian) army they had to piss on their feet to stop athletes foot from growing,

fuck yeah...planters warts can derive from excesive sweating... during baseball season i got one on my heel from pitching so much and they will hurt like a pitch and you'll have to get it cut out or froze off

yea that shit is gross it hurts so bad and it diggs like an inch into your foot if its bad too... they dug like a crater into my foot to get rid of it

Ductape dude, save yourself from the pain. I had mine frozen twice and cut out once and it did not go away but 2 weeks with ductape on it, it was gone.

go to london drugs or wallmart and pick up some tinactni or micatin (if its athletes foot) or check a medical dictionary or a walk in doctor

yeah it's definitely a rash / infection.

you need to get some better socks. It's almost june and you're still wearing wool socks. Wool is terrible at wicking moisture away from your skin. Cotton socks are a little better, but still kinda blow at wicking away moisture.

#1 Spray Tinactin on your feet before and after work.

#2 Switch to some lighter weight, moisture wicking socks.

#3 When you get home from work, wash your feet really well.

They should go away in 2 weeks or so.

Cotton does not wick.

Even if you get the dankest synthetic socks you can find, your not going to shake it. Listen to John Madden, he knows his shit when it comes to "the foot". Your feets are stuck inside non-breathable boots all the live-long day and they will inevitable store moisture.
