Need some help

i'm writing a paper for my english class about why resorts need to have park passes.
if anyone has any information like mountains closing their parks because of lawsuits or people getting hurt could you please let me know.
also if you could say how you feel about the matter.

park passes keep out gapers, cut down on lawsuits form unknowing people hitting big ass jumps.
better features can be purchased, better maintenanceof jumps and rails.
others i cant think of now.
