Need some help with choosing bindings

Hi,

Its my first thread here so i want to say "Hello" to everyone and wish you happy new year :D, but this thread is not about this.

I have dilemma with choosing my new bindings. I was thinking about griffons 13, tyrolia aaatack 13 and salomon sth 13. I heard that griffons are mostly made of plastic(thats the reason why i didn't buy them yet).

So main question is which one will be the best for me i have 179 cm and ~62-64 kg and i want to mount them on armada alpha 1 skis.

All of them are pretty good, I have a friend with the STH 13 and he loves them and says they are good on his knees. Personally I am a Marker kind of guy though

and do you know sth about 2015 markers? did they replace plastic things and are they more durable?

I have the 2013 griffons and imo they have stood up to everything i put them throught, i have about 40 days on them (mounted on ar7's) and i havent had any problems with durablity, pre release etc. homestly these bindings work great and are awesome for park skis, people on ns just like to rant about how they suck and go buy fks but honestly they are solid bindings.

Yeah you are on the right track for bindings. I have brand new 2015 griffons I'd be willing to sell to you for 200? I am running the 2013s on my park skis now and they are wonderful. I was reluctant at first to use them but I actually feel better in them then I ever did with other bindings (axial2 120s, squires, old fks).

I have both the attack 13 and sth 13. I love them both. The attack 13s feel nicer because of the lower ramp angle and the tad lower stand height. The sths still feel nice but not as nice. I haven't had either for very long. Probably just a couple days total on each, so I haven't seen which is more durable, but I've heard sths are more durable. They come (sth) with a 5 year warrant from most places and attacks usually come with 2.

Thanks for offer but shipping from US to EU will be a little bit too expensive and i think i can get them cheaper here where i live. Still dont know which should i pick :D but as you said all bindings are solid so i will look for the cheapest one, thanks for help everyone :)

Attacks would be cheapest probably.

I have 1 more question, if i'm 141 lbs can i ride with tyrolia aaatack 16? or din settings are to big for me?

well where do you currently ride your dins at? and how hard of a skier are you?

I was ridding 6-7 Din 13lbs ago i don't know if i'm aggresive skier but this year i want to progress a lot, i like butters and things like that and also i'm not hitting huge jumps becouse i'm terryfied of them (would like to change that but its hard)

If you think you'll be riding a din of 12-13+ then go 16, if you think you'll be riding lower, which you probably will, then go 13. Sounds like you'll be fine with a 13 for the next couple years.
