Need Roommate - Frisco

We need one last person to fill a 5 bedroom house in Frisco. Its a 5 bed/2 bath. Washer/Dryer. Partially furnished. Huge front yard & fenced in backyard. the landlord is fixing the lease with us right now. Pets ok upon approval, we already have a dog-like-cat that chills. we're guessing we are going to be paying 540$/mo at most after utilities (including internet). Lease starts Oct. 1st.

So far its 2 girls and 2 guys... We all work a ton and ski a ton. Partying is normally a group effort and 3 of us already live together and we're very respectful of each other on early nights. We pretty much have everything we need, you just need a bed, yourself and money.

WE DONT WANT. crazies. no damn crazies... this rules out most ladies but we've come to terms with that. If you are a recovering alcoholic, we probably aren't the roommates for you. If most of Summit County hates you, we probably will follow suit.

Haha. no background checks. we just had a TERRIBLE roommate experience last winter. Chic totally went off the deep end, packed up and left a note saying that she wasn't mentally stable enough to live in the county anymore... we would like to avoid that at costs.

its right off the highway, dead center between the 2 frisco exits. not stoked on the highway so close but the yard makes up for it. My little balcony in Treehouse doesn't cut it. I can't wait to set up the trampoline!!
