The house I am currently living in is being sold, so I need to move out by September 30th. I can really only afford to live in Leadville, not summit, unless theres a place for less than $300 a month in summit. Anyway, looking to move intoa 2 or 3 bdrm house in Leadville. Rent averages at about $350 a month per person. I have one dog as well, and work at Copper mountain (20 min away) 5 days a week. Im usually only at my house to sleep and eat, mostly just riding in summit county. If you are looking for a place to live near summit, or in summit and looking for a cheap place, gimme a holla. Leadville is about 20min for copper, 30min from keystone, 40min to breck or vail. Its a small town, hardly any night life, but it has a ton of urbans and backcountry, not to mention a rail yard (with about 10 different features) at the college (CMC). Please gimme a shout if anyone is slightly interested.

Im female, 20yrs old, ski everyday in winter (and summer as much as possible), work on Copper's park crew, have a 1 year old husky dog, my own rails and such, damn fine cook, kind of a neat freak....own car, sled, etc....
