She would get a room, the house originally 4 bedrooms but we have made a bedroom out of the dining room and the downstair living room. She would get one of the original real rooms. The house is super nice with a really nice kitchen and two bathrooms with one sick shower. Rent is $1900 a month so if she were to move in it would be $380 a month + utilities. Were looking for two people right now. So if we were to fill up the house it would only be $317. Utilities have only been around $25 so far, but will probably go up once it starts getting a little colder out. Everyone here skis or snowboards, and a couple of us work up at Alta and Snowbird.
We'd definitely have to meet her and make sure she's chill...but let me know if shes interested
