I need a topic for my research project. Skiing in the oplympics is already taken and I wanted to do something related to skiing. What do you think?
 
what subject is it in?

how about the history of Twin Tips or What it takes to run a hill day to day
 
skiing is cooler than snowboarding, best topic you could ever have for a persuasive essay.
 
why skiing pipe should be in the olympics

between moguls and snowboard 1/2 pipe it would fit it.
 
do it on why women shouldnt have the right to vote

1- they suck at driving

2-theyre good at cooking

3-theyre good at sucking weiners

first of all skiing isnt really gonna be a good topic. BUT do something like the revolution of new school skiiing and how it evolved from traditional skiing, snowboarding, and where its gone -urban- and your opinion on where it'll go? BC jumpin off cliffs with parachutes..
 
do a piece about resorts opening up dangerous back country to everyone to ski and how it endangers the less experienced skiers, but also makes it safer because they can patrol it...

something like that.
 
yeah i dont like combining skiing and school...do it on something about how to fix world population or how to settle the crisis in the middle east
 
I did a really fun one on Intelligetn Design and how flawed it is... was a lot of fun to research and a blast to write. then, a month after I turned it in it became a national issue. I felt so smart!
 
Do the Helmet Vs. No-Helmet.

Why the hills don't make it mandatory, or if they even should. Examples like seatbelts and bike helmets make for lots of filler for the argument either way you go with it..
 
find a generic topic that will be easy to research and write about, i think skiing in the olympics wouldn't be that easy to write about. Try doing some topic that is heated today like cloning

or as it was stated above why women shouldn't be allowed to vote and drive
 
this has nothing to do with skiing but im doing a massive research paper on eugenics in america. pretty interesting if you actually want to think.

i did a report on that last year... she gave me a B because it was "NOT TRUE"...
 
What a shitty teacher, you are supposed to try to convince people of your ideas, she should grade you on that, not on her personal beliefs
 
yeah...my friends and I got into a lot of arguements with her...she called me a caveman and a smart-ass. she was retarded, most of us in the class probably knew more about politics and world affairs...
