Ok, so im crocheting a beanie. Ive done the top and how do i get it to start curving? Why is my beanie getting like really wavy?

+K

im not sure how to get it to curve but its getting wavy because of the way your stichibg your prolly goin to big. i started one but was too lazy to finish just look on youtube there tons of videos on there

you get it to start curving by adding beginning to add a constant number of stitches, for example as you get to a diameter you want to fit your head start to add a constant number of stitches. do it gradually though, you don't want a fucking bowl of a hat. its wavy because your stitches are not consistent, some are tighter than others...

if you want a dope beanie for a good cause, a buddy of mine started this company.

join the crochet cult, basically you just made a huge circle but you forgot to add stitches theres videos in the crochet cult though

its wavy because you did too many double stitches. only do like 2 rows of all doubles. then do like single-double for a row or two. then single-single-doube for a row or two. and so on until its the size of your hand minus your last knuckle. then start doing all singles
