I need some pure park skis. Im looking for a light weight ski, and something hopefully not too expensive. I'm 5'10, 155. I was thinking of getting Invaders, would they suit me or would i be better with something much different, if so, what?

just like to re-empthesize that i want a pure park ski, center mount. i have all-mountain skis, and whatever i get i dont plan on taking out of the park..

thanks ahead of time, btw as for flex i really dont have much preference, whatever preforms in the park

Is there any big differences in this years and last years other then graphics?

Any reccomendations on bindings, will I be fine with just a pair of px12s or should I go for something else?

Sounds good for those. And ya, probably the fujis just because of your weight. If you got the invaders, you would really flex those a lot.

Bump on that question.

Also, worth the $ to upgrade from regular JIB to JIB ti? Is the weight difference that noticable?

ud be fine with this years invaders regardless of your weight , thats just my opinion, my freind rocks them and hes even bigger.

invaders would be fine, but get 07, fujis from any year would be fine, ti bindings have more metal so they're more durable but i'm pretty sure they're actually heavier than the plastic ones... worth the money though for durability if you can afford them.

i don't reccomend fujis anymore. they are fun skis for sure, but i've ridden mine 10 times, and by the 5th day the camber was completely gone. they are definitly cheaply made skis. i would put like 150 for into it and get some surfaces, or w/e is is good these days.

I'm about the samd as you 5'9 145 lbs. and I ski 169 Fujas mounted core center w/ Look Px12's ti. It's a good setup, only skied them 5x and the camber is still like new. Anyway I'd go with 179's if I were you. Fujas are great skis. Invaders look pretty dope because they are symetrical and shit. I think the 07 Fujas are mostly the same as the 06. I have 07's because I couldn't find any 06's.

With the invaders is it going to feel really awkward since they are 100% symetrical, or will it just take a bit of getting used to?

Also, are the invaders lighter than the fujis?

Change of subject, but would it be bad to unscrew a set of bindings off one ski, then screw in different pair into those holes?

What about doing this twice? Would the holes get messed up making the screws hold poorly or what?
