need new skis... armada or mad trix?

Well the Mad Trix are sooooooooooo fucking stiff.

The Ar5 is mediocre stiff,and the Teneighty is a noodle when used for half a season.

well, do you really have to ask 'why mad trix?' the answer is obvious, its cuz they rule all. (for the guy who made this thread, that is my biased opinion on the subject.)

I'd rather go with the madtrix because the ar5's keep on breaking, the 1080's break down after 20 days of skiing, and because this ^ kid keeps on ranting andraving about mad trix. Plus the madtrix is as stiff as a 2x4 so I'm sure it will hold an edge.

I have a theory that all retards have one long tendon that goes from wrist to wrist, so therefore that is why they always are screwin around with one wrist up, and the other one down.

i'm thinkin i'm gonna get the mad trix, basically because they're easier to find where i live. comor is the only armada dealer near me and they're sold out

ya dude its so true. there pretty cheap 150-200$ , and there amazingly durable, although they are somewhat stiff.ide get the trix

Mad trix are the shit. I hate the new ones. I think they look all gay with that snake going down them...but to each his own. What are peoples thoughts of the system? I have it and damn! its so so heavy. But underfoot I can't really feel it. Oh and I got mine new in the shrink wrap for $270 with the system and the bindings. hewl yeah.

 
Actually I'd like to get a back up pair of these bad boys. Maybe mount them up without the system and with some Look 140's. But... Sportmart and sportcheck are outta 'em, so does any1 know where to find some '02's in 172 or 181 cheap... like under $150.

The Armadas are trendier, more expensive and fall apart. They do look nice though. The Madtrix are durable, cheap and work well(I am biased though). But the only madtrix i've seen left that are the old ones are the 190s.

I got the mad_trix at Sport Mart when they were $150 and i've never been happier. huge edge hold, and super solid. I can't speak for the armadas but i do like the heads better than 1080s

 
if u can get a good deal on the mad trix u can get 3 pairs for the price of one pair of armadas. the mad trix rule so id go wit the mad trix.
