Need new park skis! Suggestions?...

Hey guys. My skis have recently started to have the edge pull out. So, i think it's time for new skis.

I am used to softer skis as i have only really skied on line invaders and line masterminds. I really liked the playfulness of the line masterminds but the bases were incredibly slow. I am 5'8" 145 lbs. I would say i am an expert skier. I am pretty aggressive as well. The masterminds were 178 cm.

I have been looking into the k2 domains because they are playful and buttery. I have also heard some decent things about RMU skis and Armada. But If you guys have any other suggestions to give they would be much appreciated!

Thanks, and sorry again for another "what ski to buy thread". I'm just stuck as to which ski i should get.

Atomic punx. super light, probly the lighest one out there and amzaing flex. but get a bigger size cuz there a little too soft and a longer ski would be better if ur jumping something like a 70 footer

Armada pipe cleaners have a race base, are super duper light, and kind of have the perfect flex in my opinion. They're a bit flexure than ar7s, but a tad more solid than thalls. Makes for a very playful, wicked fast ski that still holds an edge well. I would be on them if I didn't find a pair of pro pipes for cheap

i aprove this message i have a pair and i love them not just in park but these things destroy ice and the are stiffer then regular park skis

what u talking about this ski ways like 11 in a half pounds while t hall or rossi scratch weighs arounf 10

thalls actually weight 8.75 lbs for a 181 cm while the atomic punx weigh in at 11.75 lbs.

the pipe cleaners are a legit ski, they're super light and great for some park and have a lot of camber so they'd be fun on jumps to. if you've got the money, i'd really look into this years pipe cleaners in a 181

doubt they could hit 70 footers but i second this ski. i used to ski the mastermind, and after skiing both, i can tell you i much rather ski the punx.

The Dynastar 6th Sense Distorter got really good reviews in the Freeskier test. It blew everyone away apparently.

70 footers don't seem like 70 footers at Breck. They are just that smooth from take off to landing.

Yeah I have a pair of brand new 2011 Armada T-Halls size 176... here's the thread - https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/forums/readthread/thread_id/655261/
