um light ski boots are usually the more expensive and way less comfy ones. My 1080 promodels are super light and ski amazing, but they have barely any padding and are a tad over $100. But yea generally teh cheaper the boot the more "recreational" it is so it will be more comfortable and heavier, and the opposite as they get more expensive. normal 1080s aren't bad for weight though and you can get those pretty cheap used or just last years model (if they fit you properly!).
