dont say Searchbar NOOB. ive done it, and it didnt see what i was looking for.

is St Mary's on some sort of park/ public land?

am i in danger of being kicked out?

is there enough snow left the last week in july?

thanks, Justin

don't fall in, that sucks. its state park land i think. snow lasts pretty much all summer. but it gets real minimal towards september, still skiable though.

Visitors to St. Mary's Glacier

The Alice, St. Mary's and Winterland communities are all

private subdivisions with covenant controls as to parking

and traffic restrictions.

The only parking for the glacier hike is a small lot, directly

north of the glacier trailhead. There is NO parking allowed

on Fall River Road or within the subdivisions.

You may not unload ATV's or other motorized vehicles anywhere

in the St. Mary's community.

There are NO sanitary or trash facilities anywhere on the

glacier hike, the glacier, or the parking area. All trash

and waste must be packed out with you!

The lakes in the St. Mary's community are private. Illegal

fishing is considered poaching and will be prosecuted as the

lakes are patrolled regularly.

Thank you for respecting our private property and being a

good neighbor.

he is st marys.

and in july there should be plenty of snow still. the hike can be a bitch in bad weather though. have fun.

I went there in late August last year, and there is lots of snow left when I went. Was defiantly a lot of fun, can't beat 70 degree weather and being on the skis.

would there be any snow left on any state land at that time? i really dont want to go wandering all over private land. im to much of a nice guy, and i know i would park in the wrong spot, or something along those lines.

thanks for the good info, Justin.

Public. Tons of people who hike n shit. Its decent all year. You will find a kicker, some shitty jumps, and some rails. Prepare to hike (not in ski boots lol)....
