NEED HOUSING IN SLC!

$400 a month, i had two kids lined up to split and take the room but now my old roomate is being pretty lame about the situation and doesn't want two kids to move into the room. if you can pay september rent rooms all yours.
two really really nice roomates, real ballin pool with hott girls at it, apartment is brand new for the most part, brand new stove, sometimes eheath comes over and plays video games, walking distance to the u, and walking distance to very very many close friends of the two roomates who live there, and a 24 hour smiths.
ALSO forget all that walking distance, because the place is half a block to the trax(have walked there in less than 45 seconds before) which is this trolley system thing there that will bring you anywhere.
many on here will attest to the ballerness of my place, i would stay there but i'm kicking it back east this fall because i was offered a very very very high paying construction position. pm me yoooooo.

im sellin out real hard this fall, living true to my brink legend unfortunately...
but i'm working a little over a month for $40/hr... gotta know when to compromise your morals when heavy paper stacking is to be had my friend. and i'll be back in january anyways!

I've got 2 rooms for rent in a 5 bedroom house in Cottonwood Heights. Insanely close to Big and LIttle Cottonwood Canyons. Walking distance to Smith's grocery store, bus stops, fast food, and even the bars located at the bottom of BCC are pretty close. It's a killer location. Rooms are available immediately. I have not posted anything on Craigslist yet, figured NS would be a better shot at getting someone chill who's looking to do some serious skiing. But, it'll be up on Craigslist soon.

I'm 25, and would like to rent to someone older if possible. But as long as you're chill, clean, and respectful it'll work. I'm definitely down to drink and party though, no worries there. Rent is $375 + utilities, which are usually around $40-$60 depending on how many people are in the house and includes water, electricity, heat, DirecTV, and Hi-Speed internet. We've also got a washer/dryer. You must like dogs. I've got a few very chill ones. I'd prefer a longer term commitment, but no lease will be necessary and we can take it month to month. I only require 30 days notice before you move out. A recent roommate took off with one weeks notice and that was pretty shitty.

sam you had 2 bedrooms? damn me and dan just found a spot. are you still in that same spot? if so, that place is pretty damn epic. close to arctic circle.
 
Ya man. One roommate just totally bailed about a week ago and we've had an open room all summer that I've just been paying for myself. Definitely the same place and it is scary close to Arctic Circle. My dogs love the soft serve.

I have a room available in a 5 bedroom house located off of 2100 south right near the freeway and a block off of Foothill drive. Easy access to foothill to get you to the University and Quick access to the freeway to get you to resorts. $400 a month for the room, also I left my backyard rail set up there as well I believe.
 
I own a town home in holliday apprx 5 min from the base of big cottonwood canyon and 10-15 from Westminster college and the U. $400/mo. + utiltities. has washer/dryer, internet, dishwasher, cable, lots of space, 2 living rooms. live with 2 students and skiers. pm me if interested.
