i just got pulled over today for going 79 in a 50 on some backroads, and i had 3 friends and i can only have one because of some gay new law so i got in trouble for that too. i have to think of something good to tell my dad before he gets home. please help!!!!!

I'm guessing he is gonna find out no matter what, so you may as well tell him. There really isn't much you can do about it.

I go pulled over doing 92 in a 55 in WA. The cop was the biggest douche ever. The speeding ticket sucks, but that was my fault and there was nothing I could do. Right as he was about to finish he asked if I had chains, which I don't as I have an Outback with snow tires. WEll, in WA you are suppose to have them by law on certain roads during the winter...so that added a whole other $$$ ticket. it was a very expensive trip skiing.

yeah in co. you cant have anyone in your car for six months after you get your liscense then after 6 months you can only have one then after a year it doesnt matter. so i could only have one person in the car and i had 3. i dont know if my dad will care much about me speeding there because its on a pretty empty road and he drives fast all the time. but he hates stupid drivers, but since i was speeding on an open road with like no cars i dont think he will care. but he will be mad about the insurance and ticket cost. and my sister got a dui a while ago too and she cant drive for like a year and my parents werent too mad.

if they weren't too mad after a DUI then you are going to be fine.....

this ticket will raise you insurance some...but a DUI can easily cost you between $5,000 and $10,000.

You insurance increase won't be nearly that bad.

Tell him you were driving 79 in a 50 zone and you had three passengers. Simple as that. If you lie to him, he can't help you. So tell the truth! I lied to my parents about somthing similar and ended up having to tell them anyways and spent 3 months in court.

well fuck i guess the cop called my dad at work so i couldnt tell him first. but he got mad just cause the insurance is gonna be higher but i said ill pay the difference, so he just kinda said that it made sense that i was goin that fast on an empty road but its a stupid thing to do when your 16.

i think there was a thread on getting out of a ticket before it had this web site to go to and all this other shit...also my friend was caught speeding with out a lisence (only permit) and they never told there parents and they never found out so theres an option you just gotta get the court notice in the mail before they do
