ok so heres my problem. i want to get the 07 spk boots, but there are no shops near me that have them (i live in MD). so does anyone know what i could do in this situation or if they know of a shop near where i live(i live about 1/2 an hour outside of DC)? thanks

you could use the fedex boot return from untracked.com, also then you couyld try 2 boots on and return both or just one of them

this is true, but i didnt think about it because i know exactly what i want in my boot, and i know exactly how i can tell if its good or not

The SPK'sa re a wierd boot for sure. They fit my foot great, but when I buy mine this summer/fall, Im going to be going a full size down from my foils. Its weird, but in october i tried some on in Toronto, and I wear a 27.5 (315mm BSL) Foil, but a 26.5 (307mm BSL). Its sucks because Im going to require a remount on my Ar6's.

if i went to my local shops and got fitted for a salomon boot, it wouldnt be foils or spks or any freestyle boot probably a racing boot, would that help at all to find out the the general size i might want to get

i need a softer more park specific boot because i have old tecnica racing boots that are very stiff and i ride like 90% park. i guess i shouldnt assume im gonna like these boots..

Try on all the boots in your shop first. I know how you feel though...our shop doesn't carry many boots either. At least mine carries dalbelo. phew

dude go to ski center in DC. the site is www.skicenter.com and they are so legit. i got my spk's there and they have the best selection and service in the midatlantic in my opinion. super cool people and they know their shit. its by american University in NW DC, maybe 10 minutes into the city limits, but its still in the suburbs.
