Need help with msnow

Had my msnow setup for a couple months and only rode it about 5 times, now, a couple months later, it barely slides and I can't even get another speed to get on the rail, I waxed my skis with mwax and put water on the msnow.

i feel like wax would make it worse but i've never waxed my skis so i prolly shouldn't be typing this
 
if I remember right msnow was usually a bit slower when wet for some reason on our setup. might also have to do with making your bases wet though (and making it harder to rub mwax in).
