Need help with lincolns

Hi guys. I have a problem. Im starting to learn lincolns and i tried my first one off of this really small jump and landed on my side. it wasn't bad at all for a first try. but now i do it everytime.now i am trying them out of this like 4 foot tall halfpipe with like no lip. the same thing is happening. my friend says whenever i do them my skis go crossed when im inverted and i just kind of stop the rotation. Should i use a different jump or what. And also I spin left and i throw my left shoulder down. this i right. right? thanks to everyone. +karma

it sounds to me like you aren't committing to actually landing on your feetyour probably throwing the flip and keeping your body in the same position throughout the flip so you don't have enough momentum to finishthrow the flip and when you get upside down and start coming down whip your feet around so that your rotation speeds up and you finish the flip to your feet

Probably shouldn't be posting because I can't do one but, I know when learning spins it seems like I always stop a 75% (like landing on your side in a lincoln loop or 270 doing a 3 or 450 doing a 5, you know what I mean) so to fix it, act like your doing 1 1/2 loops. Probably a stupid idea but it might be worth a try. Seemed to work for me (doing a 3)
